NIVRA was founded to bring together complementary disciplines that rarely exist within the same design practice.
Combining expertise in architecture, spatial design, international project management and strategic operations, we believe that thoughtful design is strengthened by clarity, collaboration and structure.
Founded in Singapore and shaped by professional experience across Europe, Asia and Latin America, our perspective is international while remaining attentive to the unique context, culture and purpose of every project.
Rather than focusing solely on aesthetics, we help transform ideas into clear spatial solutions that support communication, decision-making and design development. Through space planning, design documentation and high-end visualisation, we help clients move confidently from concept to execution.
NIVRA operates exclusively within the design phase of projects, delivering developed design outputs while permitting, technical validation and construction remain under the responsibility of clients and their appointed licensed professionals where required.

Enrique leads business development, client relationships and project strategy.
His background spans international project management, strategic operations and executive collaboration across Europe, Asia and Latin America, bringing a structured and collaborative approach to every engagement. He focuses on aligning design processes with client objectives, ensuring projects move forward with clarity, purpose and effective communication.
Sofia De Alba
Sofia leads the studio's spatial design practice, combining architectural thinking with a deep understanding of how people experience space.
Her work focuses on transforming ideas into environments that balance functionality, aesthetics and purpose through thoughtful planning, clear spatial organisation and refined visual communication.
